All customers must have valid drivers license and matching credit card.

Tow vehicle MUST have a working electric brake controller for use with applicable trailers.

Tow vehicles are to arrive with electrical in working condition to avoid delays and possible added cost.

Daily rates are based on an 8 hour day.

Trailers are to arrive back in the same condition or extra charges will be due from the damage deposit.

Chains, binders, logistics bars and/or straps are not provided and must be either customer supplied, or purchased.

The tow vehicles’ ball and ball mount must be in good condition.

Vehicles are insured by ICBC & driver is responsible for having proper GVW on tow vehicle.

All rental trailers must be picked up/returned between 8am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday.

All customers must sign the Trailer Lease Agreement form.

We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone who does not abide by these conditions.
